We spent Christmas eve morning around our own house. Shaun and I exchanged our gifts to each other. This year I gave Shaun a pair of Snowboarding boots. He is very excited to get to use them the next time we go up to the mountains! He is a new snowboarder and this year he won (yes won) a snowboard from a competition at our work. Shaun gave me a lovely matching diamond necklace and right hand ring. He picked it out himself and it is beautiful! I love it and catch myself looking down at my gorgeous gift!
Later in the day, we made our way up to the Dickison home. We spent the rest of the afternoon and evening decorating gingerbread houses, watching a bunch of christmas movies, cooking and eating a wonderful meal, going to a candlelight church service, and decorating sugar cookies! I love our traditional christmas eve festivities!
