Taking a break

Sorry guys, I have been taking a break from blogging. Usually I stop blogging because I get super busy....this time it is not the case. I have been taking some time to myself and I will update you all when I feel like it.

Sprinkles!

Today, my sisters and I went shopping at the mall. For weeks I have been asking Shaun to take me to a cupcake shop that is close to the mall. Because Shaun isn't a huge cupcake fan, it was hard to convince him to go. Well today my sisters and I decided to go. Let me tell you Sprinkles has some delish cupcakes! I had a red velvet cupcake. Yum!

Easter Sunday

I spent Easter Sunday with my family. We went to church in the morning and then went to back to their house for the rest of the day. Because Shaun is still working spring training with the Milwaukee Brewers, he had to spend the morning at the ballpark and was able to meet up with the family later. We had an easter dinner with all of the family, searched for eggs, and played a board game.

We had a wonderful Easter as always. It is great to take the time to remember Christ's death on the cross and resurrection. Sometimes we get wrapped up in everyday life and forget to remember the sacrifice that was made for us. I am so grateful to be a daughter of Christ.

The Nephew

The nephew is 19 months old now and I'm pretty sure Shaun and I have the cutest nephew! We spent the day with the Palmer family today for our Easter brunch. He was so precious all day today! He loved finding the Easter eggs and loved playing with uncle Shaun.
He calls us "nay nay" and "shaw". It is so much fun having him around to play with and watch him grow!
