Tuesday night I was watching a tv show on the Food network called "Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives". They were featuring a restaurant here in Phoenix called Over Easy. It is a breakfast spot on 40th street and Indian school. I have seen it before and also heard good things about it, but I have never been there. When I saw it was on tv, I quickly went and got Shaun and we watched them make thier carmelized banana and pecan French toast. It looked delishious! All week we talked about how we were going to go there for breakfast on Saturday. It totally lived up to our high expectations and we will definitely be back there again. The banana French toast was amazing! I can't wait to go back!!
